Course Code MPH, Duration: 2 Years
This course is designed to provide students with a high level of practical skills in presentation and performance for the
media. In first year students develop strong writing, research and analytical skills combined with an understanding of
technical and design processes employed in the media industry. A one week work experience placement enables
students to gain practical industry experience.
In second year, students take part in a two-week performance block entitled ‘Fame Academy’. Industry professionals
teach students to sing and dance through choreographed workshops and voice training. Performance and presentation
skills are developed and showcased in two live shows - a monologue show at Christmas and a musical in April.
